Terms of Service

By accessing or using the KLDS Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Senintel ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the KLDS Platform, including all features, tools, and services provided through senintel.sn and related domains.

If any term does not make sense to you or you have questions, please contact us at admin@senintel.sn before using the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes may be necessary to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes.

Whenever we make changes to these Terms, the changes become effective one (1) week after we post the revised Terms (indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page), or upon your immediate acceptance if we provide a mechanism for acceptance (such as a click-through confirmation).

It is your responsibility to check senintel.sn periodically for changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

3.1 Authorized Users

The KLDS Platform is intended exclusively for:

• Cybersecurity professionals conducting legitimate security research
• Law enforcement and intelligence agencies with proper authorization
• Security consultants and penetration testers with client authorization
• Organizations conducting internal security assessments
• Academic researchers studying cybersecurity and threat intelligence

3.2 Security Tools Usage

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Senintel provides access to security tools as a technology platform only. Providing these tools does NOT constitute authorization, permission, or endorsement to use them against any system, network, or target. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary written authorizations before using any tools provided through this platform.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Kali Linux Tools: Access to security tools (nmap, sqlmap, metasploit, etc.) is provided for authorized penetration testing only. You must have explicit written permission to test any systems. Senintel has no knowledge of, control over, or liability for how you use these tools.
• Breach Database (Dehashed): Access to breach data is for defensive security purposes only, such as checking if your organization's credentials have been compromised. Unauthorized access to others' credentials is prohibited. Senintel is not responsible for your use of this data.
• OSINT Tools: Open-source intelligence gathering must comply with applicable laws, respect privacy rights, and follow ethical practices. You bear sole responsibility for legal compliance.
• AI Security Agent: Our AI-powered analysis tools must not be used to generate exploits, malware, or assist in unauthorized access attempts. Senintel is not liable for outputs generated by AI or your use thereof.

3.3 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

• Computer fraud and abuse laws
• Data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, Senegal Law 2008-11)
• Intellectual property rights
• Export control regulations
• Cybersecurity and hacking laws

3.4 No Authorization or Endorsement

Your privacy is important to us. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy available at /privacy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To use the KLDS Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and data
• Notify us immediately of any suspected security breach or unauthorized use at admin@senintel.sn
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• Not share your account credentials with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6.1 User Content

The Service allows you to create, post, and share content including investigation data, search queries, analysis results, and communications. You are solely responsible for all content you create or share through the Service.

6.2 License to Your Content

When you post or share content through the Service, you grant Senintel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of:

• Operating and providing the Service to you
• Improving and developing our security intelligence capabilities
• Complying with legal obligations

You retain all ownership rights to your content. We will not share your investigation data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Content Retention and Deletion

You may delete your content at any time through the Service interface. Upon deletion:

• Content will be removed from active display within 24 hours
• Backup copies may remain in our systems for up to 30 days
• System logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and compliance purposes
• We may retain certain data if required by law or legal proceedings

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

7.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability assessments
• Access systems, networks, or data without explicit authorization
• Develop, distribute, or use malware, exploits, or hacking tools for malicious purposes
• Engage in identity theft, fraud, or impersonation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others

7.2 Platform Misuse

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Overload or attempt to overload our infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

7.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post, link, or share content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive
• Private information of third parties (addresses, credit cards, SSNs) without authorization
• Spam, mass promotions, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users

The Service, including all designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other content (excluding your user content) is the property of Senintel or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. This license does NOT include the right to:

• Publicly perform or display the Service or any portion thereof
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use data mining, scraping, or automated extraction methods
• Download the Service (except normal page caching)
• Build a competitive product or service based on the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended security intelligence functions

The "KLDS" name and logo, along with all related trademarks and service marks, are the property of Senintel. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.

The KLDS Platform integrates with and provides links to third-party services and websites that we do not own or control, including:

• Dehashed breach database API
• WHOIS lookup services
• AI/LLM providers for security analysis
• Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS)

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Third-party privacy practices or data handling
• Any damages or losses resulting from your use of third-party services

We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the KLDS Platform.

10.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Authorized Use Policy
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Security threats or abuse of the platform
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

10.2 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@senintel.sn. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• All licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate
• You must cease all use of the Service
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., liability, indemnification)

COMPREHENSIVE INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless Senintel, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, penalties, fines, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, expert witness fees, and investigation costs) arising from, relating to, or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of the Service, security tools, or breach databases
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or rules
• Criminal prosecution, criminal investigations, or criminal charges arising from your activities
• Regulatory penalties, enforcement actions, or government investigations related to your use of the Service
• Civil lawsuits, third-party claims, or legal actions resulting from your security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or OSINT activities
• Unauthorized hacking, data breaches, privacy violations, or computer fraud committed using our tools
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
• Unauthorized penetration testing or security assessments conducted using our tools against any target
• Your use, misuse, or distribution of breach data or OSINT information obtained through the Service
• Damages claimed by victims of unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches involving our tools
• Any content you post, share, transmit, or generate through the Service
• Access to your account by any person using your credentials, whether authorized or unauthorized
• Any representation or warranty made by you that proves to be false, inaccurate, or misleading

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service, and shall continue indefinitely.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Senegal.

You also agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including:

• Senegal Law 2008-11 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data Protection
• GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation)
• Computer fraud and abuse laws in your jurisdiction
• Export control and sanctions regulations

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Senintel regarding your use of the KLDS Platform.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome your feedback about the Service. When you provide feedback, comments, or suggestions, you irrevocably assign to Senintel all rights, title, and interest in such feedback. We may use your feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.
